I used this book to lead a girls retreat weekend actually I used the DVDs and the book as a reference, so I didn t read every word, but the book and DVDs were very similar and it worked great for the girls Sheila Butt has a great ability to reach out to young girls and I loved this material I highly recommend it.

I should have read this as a teenager when I bought it because that s the intended age, but reading it as a young adult I still found myself in a lot of the chapters This would make a PERFECT book to go through with a teenage girls class The chapters and topics are on point with the issues young girls face today.
